What is Life Purpose Coaching?
Having goals, ambitions and dreams are an important part of our journey towards our ultimate life purpose, but we all face obstacles from time to time and sometimes we struggle to overcome them alone - this is where your Life Purpose Coach comes in. Together you'll discover the cause of the barriers and then you'll put in place a process to challenge them one by one. A coach will help you achieve your dreams much faster then if were working alone, and will encourage and support you if things get a little tough. You'll work with your coach over a period of six weeks in total. The first session is face to face and all remaining sessions are by phone. Coaching is non judgmental, confidential and focuses on the present to help you take control of your life and develop practical tools to achieve your goals

Holistic Therapies
Reiki healing is a very powerful, non-evasive, hands on technique, working with energy to release any blockages in the body. It works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The practitioner acts as a vehicle to channel universal energy through to the client and the hand positions correspond to the energy centres of the body and their associated organs

Indian Head Massage is an extremely effective, calming treatment that reaches all areas where tension accumulates, relieving stress build up, headaches and neck and shoulder pain. It promotes relaxation and gives the client a sense of well being. Indian head massage stimulates lymphatic drainage, helping to remove toxins and boost the immune system. It also improves circulation, which in turn lifts energy levels and improves concentration

Thai Foot and Hand Massage is a wonderfully soothing and beneficial treatment. It is part traditional Thai massage and the treatment incorporates elements of Shiatsu, Chinese massage and Yoga. The main benefits are that it improves circulation, stimulates lymphatic drainage, helps remove toxins, boosts the immune system, reduces stiffness and improves flexibility.
