Yet you can control your life, you're in charge, you make the decisions. You can be fulfilled and happy. You deserve to be - we all do. You can allow yourself to 'feel the fear and do it anyway' (title of the well-known, wonderfully powerful book by Susan Jeffers) – knowing you will have support every step of the way
